What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Master's degree in chemistry or food science (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience, or PhD with 1–3 years of experience, background in analytical science, with the ability to develop testing methods and optimize systems to meet customer needs, Hands-on experience in analytical laboratories, including operations of HPLC, GC, FTIR/NIR, and UV-Vis instrumentation, written and verbal communication able to communicate effectively across functional lines and organizational levels, Experience with statistical analysis and design of experiments

Nice to Have

Experience and knowledge in hydrocolloids and customized solutions is preferred, Understanding of rheology with experience with particle size analyzers, rheometers, texture analyzers, and RVA is highly desirable
