What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, IR, UV, MS, and dissolution testing, Experience with testing multi-analyte dosage forms such as tablets, chews, gummies, topicals and sterile injectables, Experience developing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Excellent problem-solving abilities, Excellent organizational and time-management skills, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Microbiological experience, Experience with compounded pharmaceutical products (sterile & non-sterile), Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital health solutions

Hims & Hers is seeking a motivated Analytical Chemist to support and expand its growing analytical function across R&D and Operations. This role will report to the Sr. R&D Manager and will be responsible for supporting analytical testing for all new sterile & non-sterile Rx product launches across Hims & Hers Hair, Sex, Weight Loss and Mental Health Categories. Location: This role will be based in Columbus, OH with travel to Arizona and third-party laboratory partner sites as needed to support launch activities. Key Responsibilities: - Third-Party Collaboration: Partner with qualified external testing laboratories to support commercialization efforts, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely analytical testing results. - Analytical Method Development: Support and conduct the development, qualification and validation of analytical methods for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), supplemental ingredients and peptides, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Data Analysis and Reporti
