What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in business school, finance, financial engineering, or equivalent university degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, middle-office, back-office, or market operations. Strong appetite for transformation, dynamic, and innovation-oriented environments (start-up/fintech). Strong analytical skills, operational rigor, and good organization skills. Advanced Excel proficiency and comfortable with data manipulation (Power BI, BigQuery).
