What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–5 years of experience in payroll accounting or related accounting roles, Knowledge of Canadian payroll and accounting practices, Bilingual in English and French, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

What You'll Do.

Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts

Prepare and submit journal entries and payroll-related accruals

Analyze and true-up vacation and benefit balances

Investigate and resolve discrepancies

and compliance issues

Review payroll compliance documents

including ROEs and workers’ compensation records

Support year-end activities

Contribute to process improvements and maintain payroll accounting SOPs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with Payroll and Finance to support accurate and timely reporting; Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Shared Services teams

Communication Scope

Bilingual in English and French
