What You'll Do.
Assist clients with actuarial questions
Assist clients with Pricing and Reserving solutions
Collaborate with actuarial and engineering teams
Ensure rapid and reliable request resolution
Develop strong client relationships
Share client feedback with Product and Engineering
Improve user experience and platform adoption
Monitor client usage and engagement
Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
Participate in new client onboarding
Conduct training sessions for new clients
Support clients on initial projects
Contribute to client follow-up meetings
Lead user engagement workshops
Build internal knowledge bases
Provide actionable feedback to Product team
Orient product development and improvements
Optimize internal processes
Strengthen collaboration between ASM
