What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field, 3+ years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst or in a similar role, Hands-on experience with Workday modules, including configuration and troubleshooting, understanding of HR, payroll, and finance business processes, Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and experience in building reports and dashboards, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Must be able to pass the required drug test and physical
