What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, public policy, business, data analytics, or a related field, Approximately 2 years of relevant consulting, advisory, or analytical experience, Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data, including research, analysis, and synthesis, Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments, Independent, solution-oriented thinking balanced with a commitment to asking questions to ensure clarity of task, timing and expectations, Intellectual curiosity and interest in systems-level change, diverse stakeholder perspectives, and a willingness to engage in analysis and discovery of topics without precedent, Proficiency with responsibly using AI tools to improve efficiency and support research and data analysis, Must be eligible to work in the US, without employer sponsorship, at the time of hire and in the future
Nice to Have
experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, and Power BI), experience with statistical tools, Experience working in database environments, basic SQL and/or Python coding skills
