Provide supporting tools for customers' transaction execution and provide response to client’s inquiry. Also, responsible for supporting the implementation of department improvement/Kaizen program. **_Primary Responsibilities_** * Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation. * Deliver extraordinary customer service to enhance function's reputation and meet customer's expectations. * Provide excellent service to customers by including but not limited to responding inquiries from customers in a timely manner and in accordance to Standard Operating Manual. * Work in partnership with Product and Sales Managers in business promotion including but not limited to introducing various banks’ products, handling customer request/complain, as well as making calls to customer to gain more transaction. * Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the customer.
