Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential._ **Title and Summary** ### Analyst, Technology Account Management ### Overview • Provide technical account management support on MPGS (Payment Gateway) product. • Manage end-to-end technical and operational customer relationships. • Serve as the primary contact for all technical, system, and operational matters related to the Payment Gateway. • Build strong working relationships with internal delivery, customer support, product, and business teams. • Proactively identify opportunities by understanding customer technology landscapes and leveraging internal data assets. • Partner with business teams on pre-sales support, solution design, technical reviews, and operational reviews for designated customers. Roles • Provide technical guidance and support to customers planning to integrate with the Payment Gateway. • Support customers through end-to-end Payment Gateway integration across multiple systems, platforms, and products. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents, production issues, and technical inquiries. • Keep customers informed of rule changes, new products, tools, and services related to the Payment Gateway. • Conduct regular technical and operational reviews on Payment Gateway performance with customers. • Ensure customers understand relevant regulatory requirements, Mastercard mandates, and industry standards. • Collaborate with sales and business teams to convert leads and opportunities into onboarding initiatives.
