REQ8404 Analyst, Strategy and Analytics (Open) **POSITION SUMMARY:** Produce in-depth statistical analysis in order to optimize the casino marketing profit with the ultimate goal of maximising the overall gaming profit to the company, while taking into account the complex interactions between customers and their gaming preferences. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, identify business trends and provide insights for improvements. * Assist in data-mining, data visualization and develop predictive analysis. Analyse data in related to customer behaviour, marketing campaigns and promotions. * Identify improvements on marketing promotions and provide forecast on future promotion performance. * Perform other analysis on an ad-hoc basis as requested by management. **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:** * Good and friendly communication manner. * Display a high commitment in delivering and improving customer service. * Develops and maintains constructive relationships with internal and external parties. * Timely completion of delegated tasks with accuracy. **QUALIFICATIONS:** **Experience ** * No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome. * Preference is given to candidates with numerate or analytical knowledge. **Education ** Bachelor degree or above, major in gaming, hospitality, marketing, finance, mathematics, statistics or engineering is preferred. **Skills / Competencies ** * Candidate should be familiar with gaming knowledge. * Candidate must have strong English writing and excellent Cantonese/Mandarin speaking skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. * Programming skills in Python, R, SQL, SAS or other programming languages is preferred. * Strong project management skills.
