6 years of relevant experience, Resolving customer complaints and problems, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient, Numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills, Analyzing and troubleshooting challenging and uncommon scenarios, Manage time-sensitive and high-pressure situations without supervision, Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience, SAP experience, Salesforce experience
Nice to Have
Reporting, database manipulation and/or VBA is a plus

Manage spares orders of interior products
Process and monitor all customer issues and concerns
Work closely with various departments
Ensure required information and support is provided
Communicate all necessary flow-downs timely and accurately

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Address inquiries on order status
Responsible for small projects
Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices
Proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations
