What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or a related business or data-focused role, analytical capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data, Hands-on experience with CRM systems (such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot), including opportunity management, reporting, and maintaining data quality and pipeline accuracy, Experience building and maintaining reports or dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms) to support sales performance tracking, Solid understanding of sales processes and pipeline management, including opportunity lifecycle stages, conversion metrics, and pipeline inspection practices, Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics, including pipeline coverage, bookings, and basic forecasting concepts, Experience working with revenue intelligence or analytics platforms, or the ability to quickly learn and leverage such tools, Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support sales teams in improving performance and execution, attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, streamline analysis, and improve reporting workflows
