Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field, Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence, Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday), Demonstrated experience with data validation and quality assurance practices, Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar), Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have
Experience in higher education or public sector environments, Familiarity with data governance frameworks and practices, Experience improving or redesigning reporting processes, Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages, Experience influencing work without formal supervisory authority
