This role supports the generation of real-world evidence (RWE) by extracting, analyzing, and visualizing healthcare data to inform clinical and economic insights. The primary focus is leveraging large-scale healthcare datasets—particularly the **Premier Healthcare Database** —to support evidence generation, value-based care initiatives, and product utilization analyses for Baxter’s hemostats and sealants portfolio (e.g., Floseal, Tisseel).
