This role supports the generation of real-world evidence (RWE) by extracting, analyzing, and visualizing healthcare data to inform clinical and economic insights. The primary focus is leveraging large-scale healthcare datasets—particularly the **Premier Healthcare Database** —to support evidence generation, value-based care initiatives, and product utilization analyses for Baxter’s hemostats and sealants portfolio (e.g., Floseal, Tisseel). This role partners closely with Medical Affairs and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to translate complex data into actionable insights that support scientific communication, healthcare decision-making, and non-promotional clinical engagement. **What you 'll be doing:** **Real-World Data (RWD) Analysis & Engineering** * Perform targeted data extractions from healthcare datasets (with a primary focus on the **Premier Healthcare Database**) using SQL * Clean, validate, and structure hospital-level data (EHR, chargemaster) to support RWE analyses * Develop and maintain reproducible data workflows and auto
