The Team: About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our eCommerce development team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing web-based commerce platforms to ensure performance, usability, and reliability across browsers and devices. You’ll leverage SmartBear test tools (e.g., TestComplete , SoapUI , LoadNinja , BitBar) and other automated/manual testing methods to identify issues before they reach our customers. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences and have hands-on experience testing Shopify, Magento, or other eCommerce platforms, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for eCommerce websites and APIs. * Use SmartBear tools such as TestComplete, SoapUI, and LoadNinja to perform UI, functional, performance, and API testing. * Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and DevOps to identify defects, reproduce bugs, and validate fixes. * Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing. * Ensure that web pages comply with performance, usability, and accessibility standards. * Maintain and improve test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. * Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
