Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field., 4-5 years of experience in project management or relevant roles, demonstrating a proven understanding of operational processes and financial management., Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., Proven knowledge of, or ability to learn, current policies and guidelines that affect contracts, compliance etc. in a highly regulated environment., Proven track record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding objectives & goals., Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities.

Supervise forecasts against budgets.
Maintain detailed plans for ServiceNow expenses.
Verify records are consistent with budgets.
Use Excel to keep platform pack records aligned.
Set up and lead Operational Health reporting.
Coordinate inputs alongside Project Managers.
Run quality reviews for reporting.
Build and maintain operational data.
Develop concise project postcards.
Initiate Purchase Requisitions.
Create and lead Purchase Orders.
Process goods receipts.
Distribute communications for events.
Engage in regular meetings with PMs.
Coordinate equipment issuance and retrieval.
Supervise training completion for new hires.
Promote guidelines that streamline processes.
Proactively identify bottlenecks.
Propose improvements to workflows.
Embed standards that increase visibility.
