Strategy & Transformation develops our strategy, performance and operating model and is responsible for driving large transformations. We are now looking for a **Pricing Analyst** to join our Pricing Excellence team in **Espoo, Finland**. In this exciting role, you will be working with Pricing leaders across the world to drive pricing impact. **Key responsibilities** * Provide analytical and operational support for pricing initiatives. * Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze pricing data, generate actionable insights to support decision-making. * Preparing materials to support decisions making * Assist in the implementation of pricing tools, processes, and governance. * Support in driving continuous improvement in pricing processes and practices * Support in developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies **Requirements for the role** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Business acumen and translating data insights to business opportunities * Prior experience either from pricing or consulting is considered as an asset * Financial and business analysis skills * University degree (M.Sc.) in Business, Engineering or equivalent * Experience of SQL, Python, PowerBI and Microsoft office **To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:** * Accountability an
