Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree, 1-3 years of related experience in commercial real estate, property underwriting, loan servicing, or other related field

What You'll Do.

Underwrite performing loan requests

Perform property-level quantitative credit analyses

Analyze property operating performance

Evaluate and abstract third-party reports

Negotiate complex transactions

Draft credit recommendation memoranda

Present conclusions to senior management

Communicate effectively with internal and external parties

Ensure compliance with Loan Documents
