What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, psychology, or related degree with focus on data analysis/critical thinking, 1+ year of experience in data handling, Experience using SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse reporting tools, Experience providing SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse system support, Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Experience with HR Data Systems, Experience with Power BI & Snowflake, Knowledge of HR processes, practices and organizational models, PhD preferred
What You'll Do.
Acquire and maintain expertise in systems
Prepare and deliver Ad-hoc global & company-wide reports
Ensure validity of the data
Create customized reports and dashboards
Fulfill requests and inquiries from HR Leadership
Partner with developers for builds
Conduct thorough testing
Support leadership team by providing key data
Serve as a consultative partner to data requestors
Interpret business questions
Challenge assumptions
Identify additional partnerships required to address requests
Use a structured approach to requirements-gathering
and potential data quality issues
Communicate impacts back to requestors
Maintain and enhance existing reports
Support and maintain dashboarding and BW reporting security-roles
Obtain necessary approvals
Support day-to-day Power BI dashboarding
Test end-user reporting queries and defects
Support Snowflake configurations and uploads
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Business
Support projects that may require the integration of
Serve as SME on Business Warehouse/SAP reporting environments
Provide functional guidance to SAP HCM & Business
Resolve data discrepancies
Address user inquiries
Serve as the SME for the IT counterparts
Guide IT on requirements/fixes/issues
Provide back-up support for reporting/dashboard guides and training
Identify required updates or generate new guides
