What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, business strategic support (interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, forecast, statistical results) and other analytical functions preferably related to supply chain., Experience using business system or analytic platforms., Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple independent assignments and meet deadlines., Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment., Excellent organizational and time‑management skills., verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish., Proficient skills in the use of computer applications (MS Office Suite) and experience with statistical or financial tools.
Nice to Have
Advanced Excel knowledge and expertise (dashboards, macros, advanced pivot tables) preferred., Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools (dashboard development, data refresh, and maintenance) preferred., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be considered an asset
