What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ACH, RTP, and Wire operations or a related paymentsanking operations role, Familiarity with NACHA Operating Rules and file mapping requirements, Knowledge of Regulation E and its application to consumer rights and responsibilities, Working knowledge of traditional banking systems (debit/credit card issuing, processing, ACH, wires, and ATM), attention to detail and analytical skills, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Ability to assess the impact of critical incidents and communicate solutions to appropriate parties, Experience conducting reviews and analysis to proactively identify technical tasks, issues, and risks
What You'll Do.
