Achieve greater than 95% level of accuracy in financial modelling assistance; Author and assist with quarterly Research market report; Identify at least 1 new trend, item or opportunity to report on; Maintain a better than 24 hour turnaround time for ad-hoc data requests; Ensure MarketLink accuracy increases across the duration of employment

Liaise with the broader industry (agents, tenants and their advisers); Work with the JLL Research team and internal stakeholders; Manage and support the JLL Centre of Excellence (CoE); Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with colleagues, clients and the wider business community
