The Business Planning Analyst will be responsible for sustaining support of the Product Release Integration Management Environment (PRIME) system. * Processing of data change requests (ECNs) * Responding to production queries * Logging system bugs and issues into JIRA * Managing Global Operations performer tables * Reviewing and resolving system errors * Identifying opportunities for process improvement **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration or equivalent * Excellent written & verbal communication skills * Able to collaborate with colleagues from different cultures and nationalities * Able to work reliably and effectively with minimal supervision * Familiar with process mapping and root cause analysis * Curious with AI exploration for workflow enhancement initiatives (Claude, MS 360, Copilot) * Prior knowledge on the semiconductor manufacturing process is an advantage * Possesses proactive mindset * Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification * New College Graduates are welcome to apply * _For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industr
