Must Have
Over a year of work experience in KYC/compliance, Clear understanding and effective application of the regulatory requirements in the UK, Robust understanding and hands-on experience with CDD and EDD processes, Prior experience in working with Google Sheets, Analytical mindset, Outstanding English communication skills, both in written and verbal form, Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, Make impactful decisions, Pursue goals with determination, Proactively address challenges, Adapt seamlessly to various people and working styles
Nice to Have
KYC/compliance experience, preferably within a highly regulated environment
What You'll Do.
Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies related to customer identification and due diligence
Verifying the identity of customers
Assessing the risks associated with customer activities
Monitoring transactions to detect and prevent financial crime
Conducting cross-platform research
Gathering client-specific analysis for KYC purposes
Fulfilling requisite onboarding due diligence
Verifying the identity of new customers by collecting and analyzing relevant documentation
Assessing the risk associated with each customer
Liaising with KYC policies and procedures
Conducting thorough due diligence on all customers
Recognizing areas for enhancement to improve efficiency and member experience
Extending assistance whenever required within the business
