This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient IT operations—covering provisioning, authentication, privileged access, and governance—aligned with global standards and business needs. You will play a critical role in delivering consistent, reliable, and secure IT services while mitigating the risk of unauthorized access. _**Primary Responsibilities**_ * Manage user access creation/modification/deletion. * Fulfill access requests and support users on access issues. * Support IT governance activities and audits by providing required data. * Test new/updated applications for access-related functions. * Maintain and update User Access Matrix (UAM) and IT procedures, checklists, and documentation. * Conduct periodic access reviews, entitlement reviews, monthly access log reviews, and download log reviews. * Investigate anomalous access activities (Business ID & Privileged ID). * Support regulatory gap analysis, internal/external audits, and IT Risk Control Self-Assessment. * Manage Privileged IDs (registration, updates, inventory,
