We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers. 3-5 Years of experience Administer and manage SaaS productivity tools (Adobe, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey, and others) to ensure reliability and optimal performance. * Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as an escalation point for complex end-user application issues from Service Desk and Field Services. * Oversee automation and integration management to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across the enterprise. * Collaborate with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team to ensure licensing compliance, optimize costs, and monitor usage and adoption metrics. * Create and maintain knowledge base articles and end-user documentation to improve self-service capabilities and reduce escalations. * Validate product updates and new features prior to rollout, partnering with Endpoint Management and End User Experience teams on deployments and integration efforts. * Engage with vendors for issue resolution, roadmap alignment, and contract and licensing optimization. ## Additional Information Don’t meet every single requirement?
