1+ years in IT operations, NOC support, or system monitoring roles, Experience with CA Scheduler, SCOM, QMM, Nagios, SolarWinds, knowledge of production control processes, incident management, and system monitoring, analytical and troubleshooting ability to work under pressure in a 24x7, solid communication and teamwork abilities

Analyze and document recurring issues to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement

and routine operational tasks
Support implementation of automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency
Assist in disaster recovery (DR) testing and maintenance activities
Adhere to established procedures
and service level requirements (SLRs)
