What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years in IT operations, automation support, dashboarding, or monitoring administration, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), Hands-on experience with iAutomate and Ansible or any workflow automation tools, Proficiency in Grafana dashboard development and data visualization, hands-on experience in writing PromQL, SQL query, Hands-on experience in (Python, PowerShell, Bash), Good knowledge on the Database like SQL, MySQL, Influx DB, Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools (SCOM, Nagios, SolarWinds, AlertSite), Good understanding of API and reports, Understanding of AI/ML-assisted workflows and observability concepts, Awareness of SOX compliance and change control best practices
