Must Have
Fluency in German and English is required, Awareness of data privacy requirements for handling confidential information
Nice to Have
Additional language skills in French and/or Italian would be advantageous but are not essential, Familiarity with Zendesk and Juniper Square platforms advantageous but not essential
What You'll Do.
Facilitate comprehensive investor onboarding processes
Assist in managing the centralised mailbox for investor queries
Process Investor Portal support and access request tickets
Respond to investor queries and provide comprehensive client service
Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation and coordination
Manage DDQ and RFI processes
Support firm-level requests including industry surveys
consultant database updates
and benchmarking studies
Coordinate responses to internal and external audit enquiries and provide requested documentation
Support data gathering
and reconciliation activities
Support routine internal partner queries and respond promptly to stakeholder questions
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows
Escalate complex matters appropriately
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working in a highly collaborative environment; coordinates with the broader IR team, Global Fund Teams and business units worldwide; close collaboration with Investor Relations, Fund and Legal & Compliance teams, and Senior Management; liaising with external service providers and clients; respond promptly to stakeholder questions across global teams

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, suitable for professional investor interactions
