Full Job Description
**Job Description:** **Field Services Engineer / FS Technician** * Provide basic on‑site IT support for end‑user devices and workplace infrastructure. * Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues under supervision. * Support break‑fix activities and preventive maintenance as guided by senior staff. * Perform device setup, installation, imaging, and basic configuration tasks. * Handle routine service requests such as password reset coordination, device allocation, and user assistance. * Update tickets accurately in ITSM tools and follow defined support processes. * Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or leads in a timely manner. * Support **Digital Bar activities** , assisting walk‑in users with standard IT queries and device setups. * Assist in basic asset management, device handling, and inventory tracking. * Provide support for user moves, add/change requests, and workplace readiness tasks. * Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements. * Maintain good customer interaction with a service‑oriented approach. * Support **VIP users** when required, with guidance from senior team members. * Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations. * Continuously learn tools, technologies, and processes to improve technical capability.
