Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Resolve Tier 1 HR queries and transactional requests related to core HR processes in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain and update employee lifecycle data in HR systems such as Workday, including promotions, transfers, job changes, and contract updates. Manage employee onboarding and exit processes, ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed accurately. Handle employee benefits and leave-related transactions while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Manage HR queries through case management tools, ensuring proper tracking, resolution, and escalation when required. Identify and escalate complex issues or data corrections to HR specialists or relevant stakeholders. Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates clearly to employees to support self-service and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and service quality standards across all HR operations activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes and efficiency. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or client-facing service roles. Strong understanding of core HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management. Hands-on experience working with HR systems such as Workday is preferred. Familiarity with case management tools and HR service delivery environments is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills. Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
