Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources. • Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting. • Proficiencies in HR metrics, data interpretation, and reporting tools. • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology. Strong Excel skills are essential, as the role involves handling large amounts of data, requiring someone who is detail-oriented and has sharp critical thinking abilities. **Other Qualifications:** • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. • Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus.
