MBA in Finance, 06 – 24 months of relevant experience, Research and Financial Analysis skills, Superior organizational and analytical skills, Exceptional time management and multi-tasking ability, Clear grasp of Corporate Finance concepts, Familiarity with company filings, Familiarity with credit analysis ratios, Familiarity with financial statement analysis, Deadline organized, High attention-to-details, Expertise in MS Office products, Thorough understanding of the capital markets, Thorough understanding of products offered under this segment
Nice to Have
CFA. FRM etc, An understanding of the various products under Global Capital Markets, Experience on working with Investment Banking databases, Interest in global financial markets, Ability to work with minimal supervision, Basic understanding and working of data analytics tools

Support Syndication of Asset Backed Securities
Provide financial analysis for each proposed deal/ facility
Assist in underwriting transactions
Assist in committing transactions
Assist in closing transactions
Prepare Credit Approval Memos
Present Credit Approval Memos
Support the Asset Backed Securities trading platforms
Identify specific merits for each transaction
Identify specific risks for each transaction
Identify specific mitigants for each transaction
Perform due diligence
Research ABS information
Research Capital markets information
Research industry information
Research company information
Produce market commentary
Assess creditworthiness of clients
Recommend appropriate credit ratings
Evaluate risk/return dynamics for proposed transactions
Prepare Bond/Loan Comps
Prepare Credit Enhancement Analysis
Prepare Covenant Analysis
Create Confidential Information Memo
Create Roadshow Presentation
Create Rating Agency Presentation
Create Sales Memos for Deal Team
Provide high quality projects
Communicate effectively with LoB
