What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of related experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience), Familiarity with basic accounting concepts, Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
Nice to Have
Experience with AI or other automation tools, Familiarity with major corporate ERP or EPM systems (Adaptive Insights and Microsoft Business Central a big plus), Unimpeachable integrity and glowing references, High level of self-awareness and humility, Intellectual agility, curiosity, and problem-solving is your default mode, Entrepreneurial spirit: flexibility, comfort with risk, recognition that “perfect can be the enemy of the good”, Collaborative leadership style with judgment under ambiguity

Support financial planning and reporting
Build financial models
Prepare variance analyses
Produce decision-making materials
Partner with business teams
Establish working relationships with stakeholders
Maintain financial models
Coordinate actual vs. budget reporting
Ensure model compliance
Execute quantitative analyses
Execute qualitative analyses
Ensure reporting consistency
Resolve discrepancies
Support month-end close
Provide variance explanations
Prepare management reports
Prepare board meeting materials
Perform ad hoc reporting
Identify process improvements
How You'll Work.
