Ensure timely and accurate completion of month end close; Accurately reflect financial performance; Effective closure of contracts; High level of accuracy in planning cycles; Complete understanding of account cost; Forecast accuracy at account level; Decision making information to business; Maintain working files and models; Tracking risk items till closure; Timely billing at account level; Margin improvement initiatives; Compliance with Revenue Recognition principles; Adherence to SOX controls; Control environment for assigned areas; Translate variances into actions; Resolve operational/strategic challenges; Ensure at least one training session is taken up

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Finance – Bcom, Mcom, CA, ICWA or MBA Finance, Post qualification experience of about 2+ Years

Analyze risk and assess impact
Understand account cost
Ensure forecast accuracy
Drive forecast process
Support cash collection optimization
Drive margin improvement initiatives
Manage ad-hoc projects
Ensure compliance with Revenue Recognition
Participate in Balance Sheet Reviews
Support finance support functions
Participate in audits
