What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years’ experience in related field, financial, analytical and communication skills, advance Excel skills, problem solving and communication skills, Customer service and problem-solving skills, Fully bilingual in Spanish and English verbal and written
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in business related field is Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics, Experience in visualization, dashboard and/or scorecard tools, Experience in Power Pivot, Power BI and Tableau
What You'll Do.
Analyzes business trends
all Profit and Loss Statement components
Leads and aligns financial forecasts and long-range planning processes
Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel
Prepares monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis
Creates financial models and scenarios
Manages annual budget processes
Conducts complex analysis
synthesizes and summarizes implications to business
Identifies and executes upon process improvement opportunities
Serves as an objective financial steward
Ensures controls are in place and the company's intellectual property is protected
