Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs._** **_Summary:_** Reporting to the Manager, Executive Compensation, the Executive Compensation Analyst will support the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and other executive rewards. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and an interest in executive pay strategy. ** _Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:_** * Assist in the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee and senior leadership meetings * Support the administration of annual and long-term incentive (LTI) plans, including tracking awards and performance metrics * Conduct market benchmarking and analysis using compensation surveys and public filings (e.g., proxy statements) * Help ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulations (e.g., SEC, IRS) * Maintain and audit executive compensation data in HRIS and compensation systems * Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to support compensation cycle processes * Participate in preparing executive offer letters, retention summaries, and pay analyses * Stay current on executive pa
