1-2 years' experience gained in M&A and Corporate Finance, modelling skills, business plan skills, valuation skills, financial statement analysis, business plan preparation, preparing analyses, company profiles, information memoranda, management of data rooms, Bachelor's degree in business, finance or engineering disciplines, Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken), Accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving skills, Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point package, fit and integrate into a small and flexible team, Intellectual curiosity, dynamism, proactivity, healthy ambition
