What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-4 years customer facing experience, Excellent communications skills, Compliance skills, Experience identifying and delivering process change, Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience), Fluency in English, Fluency in German
Nice to Have
Additional Language an advantage, Experience in Sales Force, SAP P2P module, MS Office including Visio, Experience with Contracting systems
What You'll Do.
Provide contracting and payment support
Coordinate and execute HCP contract to pay processes
Ensure adherence to Anti-Corruption requirements
Ensure compliance with data capture requirements
Issue resolution for queries
Coach and mentor Expert Specialist
Demonstrate business process expertise

Establish and maintain internal strategic partnerships; Cross-functional work with compliance, finance; Interaction with GBS and Global Meetings & Congresses network; Work with Global Transparency, GCO, Ethics & Compliance; Work with core team members, internal business partners; Work with external support agencies, Healthcare Professionals; Build effective working relationships
