Het ondersteunen van klanten op hun reis naar een weerbare en toekomstbestendige organisatie door het geven van advies over mensen, processen en technologie in het domein van informatiebeveiliging. Bij Deloitte. Als Cyber Transformation Analyst bij Deloitte kom je te werken in een projectorganisatie. Je zult meermaals per jaar van opdracht en klant wisselen, en soms werk je aan meerdere projecten tegelijk. Daarnaast help je het team groeien door interne activiteiten op te pakken: * beoordelen van de volwassenheid van informatiebeveiliging en dreigingsniveaus bij multinationals en overheidsorganisaties; * oplossen van complexe strategische vraagstukken; * vormgeven, coördineren en uitvoeren van transformatieplannen; * ondersteunen van bedrijfscontinuïteitsbeheer, incidenten- en crisisbeheer en noodherstelprocessen; * ontwerpen en/of implementeren van processen die de continuïteit van de business waarborgen wanneer er een grote verstoring of gebeurtenis plaatsvindt; * ontwerpen en implementeren van IT governance processen zoals security management, change management, secure software development en user access; * ondersteunen bij het verkopen van nieuwe opdrachten, helpen bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe diensten, trainen van (junior collega’s) of team-activiteiten organiseren. ## Qualifications Je haalt er energie uit om nieuwe dingen uit te proberen en te blijven leren, en de flexibiliteit om je aan te passen aan continue veranderende omstandigheden. Technische kennis is een pré maar absoluut geen vereiste, al sta je wel te springen om meer te leren over IT en cyber security concepten. Voor de rol van Cyber Transformation Analyst heb je ook: * een universitaire opleiding (diploma en cijferlijst graag meesturen); * een analytisch, zelfstandig, kritisch en resultaatgerichte instelling; * sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en een professionele houding, waaronder het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen met zowel klanten als collega's; * een uitstekende beheersing van de N
