About the Analyst, Customer Marketing role... We're looking for an Analyst to partner closely with our Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, helping drive data-informed decisions that improve customer engagement, activation, and retention. In this role, you'll manage the data and insights behind lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring effective customer targeting, segmentation, measurement, and optimisation. Working cross-functionally with Marketing and Data teams, you'll translate business needs into actionable insights, analyse campaign performance, and identify opportunities to increase product adoption and customer lifetime value across SiteMinder's platform. We are looking for someone who is: - Analytical & Data-Driven: Can follow the data with tenacity and curiosity, using data to challenge assumptions and shape compelling data-driven narratives. -
