What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of hands-on Finance Analyst, or other relevant roles' experience in financial services and/or in payments processing, Proficient in Microsoft Excel required, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Statisticsusiness/Actuarial or equivalent, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL server and BI tools is a plus, Knowledge of Scheme Fees, Card Schemes and Payments Processing will be an advantage
What You'll Do.
Support the reconciliation for Card Payment Scheme fees
Identify obvious data errors and follow basic logic to find discrepancies between internal records and scheme reports
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks
ensuring loops are closed and seeking support as needed
Promptly investigate and report anomalies identified during the reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and quality of output
Follow instructions and clarifying questions to participate in the documentation of business processes
Build initial relationships and keep internal stakeholders informed of task progress or potential issues
Review and attend to requests through the Checkout.com ticketing system with high responsiveness
