As a member of the Compensation Team, the Compensation Analyst, Equity Compensation is responsible for the administration of the executive equity compensation plans, and manages the Shareworks and TSX Trust Company vendor systems across various Brookfield business units. This role involves close collaboration with the Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting departments to ensure data accuracy and timely deliverables, and excellent customer service. The analyst will also provide support in managing Brookfield’s broad-based compensation programs. This involves taking part in compensation initiatives, conducting data analysis to provide insights, preparing reports, and providing support for the annual cycle. **Responsibilities:** **Equity Compensation Administration:** * Administer multiple equity compensation plans for participants globally. * Create and reconcile various reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle. * Partner with stakeholders to validate multi-jurisdictional tax withholdings on payroll-related transactions. * Manage audit and data verification processes for all equity compensation plans. * Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors to ensure a best-in-class experience for employees. * Oversee and prepare participant-wide communications. * Conduct analyses to support payroll validations and accounting inquiries **Compensation Program Support:** * Participate in compensation surveys
