Follow-up with clients for payments
Enforce policies related to payment
Handle customer disputes
Complete activities in line with controls
Undertake Sales Ledger reconciliations
Respond to customer enquiries
Resolve customer queries
Provide general customer service
Maintain customer contact information
Assist in team knowledge sharing
