If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Analyst, Client Technologies** located in **Prai, Penang**. **What a typical day looks like:** * Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and well verse on mobile phone operating system such as IOS and Android. * Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, scanners and etc. * Knowledge of windows security patching and anti-virus programs. * Excellent windows OS problem-solving and multitasking skills. * To support daily technical support activities for desktop, laptop , network management and mobile phones. * Manage the IT hardware inventory with focus on driving the overall budget. * Ensure product is complete and attain customer’s requirements along with functions properly. * Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. * Additionally, the role configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. * Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Medical benefits, dental, vision * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Performance Bonus NB87 ## ## Job Categ
