If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Analyst Client Technologies** located in **Batam, Indonesia**. **What a typical day looks like:** * Diligently manage and coordinate all aspects of projects assigned to ensure proper design and solution. * Participate in strategic planning and development of the enterprise architecture. * Define, design, implement and holds up infrastructure & application solutions. * Prepare Standard Operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the applications and underlying systems. * Ensure knowledge pertaining to new implementations and technologies are adequately divided into the team. * Ensure adequate monitoring and controls are in place to ensure stability of the solutions, Service-Now incidents and Baan. * Establish clear communication channels and ensure proper feedback mechanisms are in place with customers, peers and cross functional teams. * Adherence to Service level acceptance accord with the Business. Ensure timely reviews with stakeholders. * Ensure proper backup and retention polices are in place to ensure minimum data loss to the business in case of failures. * Ensure minimum ‘MTTR (Mean time to Repair)’ while fixing problems. Follow-up with proper root cause investigation, corrective & preventive actions with an aim to increase ‘MTBF (Mean time between failures)’. * Ensure compliance of the systems w.r.t security and compliance requirements. * Propose system enhancements (software and hardware
