What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1 – 3 years experience in a bank in a middle office function or in any of one of the following credit and portfolio, relationship, lending, in a bank or in a large corporate, Undergraduate qualification in accounting, banking or finance subjects, Good mathematical knowledge, Excel spreadsheet skills, Research & analytical skills, Minimum Australian industry, business and economic, Be able to engage in independent research and analysis of customers and markets, Apply critical thinking, High level of attention to detail, Financial analysis acumen, Ability to assess large sets of data, Make expert judgment, Identify key risks, Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, Intermediate skills in credit writing, Intermediate skills in financial analysis and modelling, Intermediate skills in legal documentation and debt structuring, MS office experience with key capabilities in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Assist and plan Project Communications Front-Office Enablement

Assist and plan Stakeholder Engagement

Support credit-related middle office functions

Support onboarding middle office functions

Support new Transaction Booking Checking initiatives

Support the delivery of improvements and efficiencies

Provide middle office support

Liaise with front office

operations and risk teams

Ensure a seamless transaction process

Provide guidance on requirements

Arrange updated client documentation

Co-ordination between DIT

Provide guidance to enquiries from business

Provide guidance to enquiries from product partners

Provide guidance to enquiries from client

Verification of returned executed docs

Provide guidance on documentation

Provide guidance on Operational process

Provide guidance on requirements for Bilateral Arrangements

Provide guidance on requirements for Syndication Arrangements

General administration relating to customers

General administration relating to systems

General administration relating to facilities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with MID Director, Associate and Analysts; Liaise with front office, operations and risk teams; Co-ordination where required (between DIT, KYC, OSD team)
