What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2–3 years of experience in underwriting, claims, or financial operations, 1–2 years of business analysis experience, comfort working with data and dashboards, Experience working with vendors, ideally offshore teams, and managing Service Levels, Exposure to project management, working with multiple stakeholders, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Ability to stay organized and juggle competing priorities, Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel

What You'll Do.

Drive operational efficiency by supporting outsourcing

and automation initiatives across multiple business units

Use data to identify trends

and help leaders make informed decisions

Partner with business units to set Service Level expectations and ensure offshore teams meet performance goals

Create clarity through documentation by building and updating process maps

and training materials

Lead task transitions to outsourcing partners using project-management techniques

Act as a go-to contact for questions

and updates related to outsourced and automated workflows

Act as a subject matter expert for the processes your business unit relies on

Monitor quality and resolve issues

including performing root-cause analysis when errors occur

Support exception handling and escalations

ensuring the right teams are looped in and issues are resolved quickly
