What They're Looking For.

Must Have

University degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Applied Math or Applied Sciences, Finance, or other quantitative discipline, 2+ years of full-time and/or internship/PEY experience in business analytics, data analytics, data science, strategy, risk management or finance, focused on modeling, analytics, and/or forecasting, Advanced skills in data manipulation, and modeling, with expertise in in dbt, Python, SQL, and/or Excel, Highly advanced pragmatic real-world quantitative thinking, judgment, communication (verbal, visual, and written), with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, Highly organized and driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines

Nice to Have

2+ years of applied experience in building data pipelines, automating processes and/or leveraging RPA / AI would be a asset, Experience in complex indirect lending / consumer credit risk, collections & recoveries strategy & analytics, or financial modeling would be assets
