Proactively identify opportunities within delinquent portfolio operations where data management techniques can be effectively applied to achieve core business objectives
Act as a report and information dashboard lead on small to large development projects
Actively contribute to the development of useful data
reporting and analytics from our Business Intelligence environments with informative reports
data feeds and business intelligence dashboards
Ensure that the service delivery by the Decision Support team maintains and improves the client experience
Maintain up-to-date documentation of all metadata and processes

You’ll develop and deliver data, reports and dashboards from our data warehouse environment, and constantly strive to increase business intelligence for our internal clients. You will contribute to the improvement of our data warehouse databases and to the quality of our data.
